One of Jithubutu’s functions is to support and promote initiatives by young entrepreneurs, and one of the ways to do so is by providing its facilities so that they can develop them.
This Sunday, December 17, in Jithubutu, there will be an African dance competition, Amapiano style, so fashionable in recent years. This competition, organized entirely by Ashraph @ash_thebeast , will take place from 2pm to 7pm. It will have a jury and prizes of 100,000, 70,000 and 50,000 tz will be awarded to motivate participants to show their full potential and talent.
A couple of weeks ago, Jithubutu held a small workshop where they taught some of their members how to cover notebooks with kitenge, the name for traditional African fabric in Tanzania.
This workshop not only provided a business idea for the participants but also helped them prepare more notebooks that will soon be available in Barcelona for anyone interested in acquiring them.
